.Effect[Seal magic allows the user to attack and defend with enchanted paper seals. These seals (called talismans) contain the mana of various objects, from an arrow to a raging fire. The talismans each take magic to use, lower for the weak ones and higher for the stronger ones. Higher level talismans require recharges, however, and are limited in uses. The usere can also spend magic to keep a seal active, however this drains magic while in use. ]
